To get going, sometimes you just have to go (and let go)…

This is an invitation for the healers, the storytellers, the dancers, artists, bookworms, leaders, mothers, aunts, bosses, therapists, personal trainers, sisters, tom boys, architects, athletes and sisters to stop worrying about everyone else for just one day and come back to themselves.

It’s Women’s Day next week (Wednesday August 9th)  and we want to celebrate. Take the afternoon off and join Write On! founder Amy Kaye for Sacred Self Care: A  one day creative workshop for women.

If you feel like 2017 is running away from you or that you don’t know how you’re going to get through the next four months,  this workshop will give you a chance to be supported and nourished. It is a creative space to play, disconnect from your worldly worries and reconnect with yourself through self care. Various creative and healing activities will be used to help you learn to take better care of yourself. It’s a day to slow down in which we will be journalling, colouring in, listening to music, dreaming and awakening our inner wild women.

This is an invitation to each woman or teenage girl who is reading this to let go of her anxiety, her work, her worries, her need to belong, to be accepted, to impress or to be perfect. This is the call to simply come home to yourself wherever you are right now in your life.

In honour of all the wonderful women, we are running a Women’s Day Winter Special. Normally this workshop would cost R750 but pay in full before Tuesday 8th August 2017 and receive R200 off this workshop!

For R550, light refreshments and all creative materials will be provided. Please note that this offer is for subscribers only so please mention this when making your booking.
